Good Afternoon

I have posted several time sover the last week regarding 3 payday loans that i had to default on today due to personal reasons.

I owed WDA- £225

Tower Capital -£99

Capital Finance One £113

I emailed all these companies last week and advised them i only have £40 disposable income to share between the 3 of them so £13 each.

WDA were really good told me to contact tomorrow once defaulted to arrange something however paid their £13 share staight into their account today just to get ball rolling.

Tower capital after sending them 4 emails with no reply someone finally rang me today, gave me their bank details, I paid them their £13 subject to them seeing my bank statements. Plus they have only added £30 for me defaulting.

Now we get to CFO- Emailed them over 7 times this week, emailed barry silver but was told by a fellow cagger he no longer works there. Emaile dthem time and time again, emailed the manager a man called Daniel Bishop, baring in mind ive already paid £66 in rollover fees against an original loan of £80. However since 9am i have had constant texts and telephone calls from CFO as well as emails asking for my debit card details and emails threatening to add £75 in charges.

Finally just got a response from this daniel bishop bloke who is stating that £13 is not acceptable and that only a repayment of £70 per month will be accepted- I ONLY BORROWED £80.

I have emailed him back asking him to once again review my I&E and take on board the £66 already paid , also told him that all these constant calls texts and emails can be considered as harrassment, just waiting for a reply, Can anyone give me any advice on what to do next and how to deal with these clowns???

Also if i send tower capital my bank statements does can they do anything by way of using my bank details???

Any help with this nightmare would be great

I would be wary about giving any of them your bank statements, if you were, I would advise that you delete details such as sort code and account number especially if this not the account they put the money in to start with!

Yeah i was thinking that just seems a bit funny they asking for bank statements when they already had them from the previous account.

Also just to update with CFO, 5 personal Telephone calls received, 7 Emails asking me to send new card details or defer the loan, 1 email saying i must set up a £70 per month repayment plan on an £80 loan????, 5 texts asking for to make a payment of the rollover fee and 1 call to my employer.

CFO Response is: The initial contract you signed is that you would repay the full balance in full, as you cannot do this we can set up a repayment schedule but it will need to be around the £70-00 per month until cleared. Also we fully adhered to all OFT Debt collection guideline within contact and by contacting you until a payment is agreed by ourselves are not breaking this.

So CFO reckon that 19 ways of contact between 9am and 16.00 today is not harrassment and that basically they will continue to do so until i pay their £70 monthly repayment or pay the interest???

any advice guys??

They don't need your bank statements, Personally I think it's generous to even give them an I/E form.

as for CFO they will have to negotiate or not get paid. Just keep a copy of all your correspondence. send them a copy of the harrassment letter (in the template library I think)
