Out of interest does anyone know how long the bank has to file their defence once they send out the 'Acknowledgement of Service' letter? I understand it's within 14 days...............what happens if it's now past that period?

They have 14 days from when the claim was served to acknowledge and 28 days form when the claim was served to enter a defence.

I won i won!

 

They didnt turn up in court, they faxed the court on wednesday to say they were going to settle in full which they did at midnight! checked my bank account, its all there!! WOOOHOOO!:D

 

So did you make the long jouney court without knowing they had agreed to settle? Annoying if that was the case:( .

[ a transcript of the interview with Peter McNamara BBC radio -Sept 2004- sound file & transc, and edit this to suit your claim and add it to your bundle too -

Ive looked at the transcript and the necessary link but cannot access it to check against the script - any suggestions please? the transcript quoted by bankfodder contains at least one line which makes no sense etc.

 

I need to send the court bundle off to SC&M by tmw !!!!

The transcript is fine - just stick it in the bundle.
