Hi,

I have been dealing with Experto since last April, had an outstanding £6K debt with MBNA and Experto now took over.

Requested CCA from them on 9th October 2010, had acknowledgement letter on 28th October, received today a letter from them dated 20 Jan 2011 enclosing photocopy of CCA application form and some t & c's, now saying I have 10 days to pay the bill in full, what next please??

Post it up, lets have a look. They took over mine about a year ago, I had nothing from them for ages and its only the last few months I have had any real correspondence from them. Are you sure your CCA or application form is enforceable?

Caps

There is no such thing as a 0% credit card....... someone out there is paying for it, and for once its not going to be me.

Thanks Caps, I will scan it in tomorrow, I did sign the application in April 2004 I am not denying that, I like others is facing financial hardship and no matter what is ever agreed usually over the phone is never ever the promise or the truth of that phone call, they just keep adding charges and interest and never help, so battle on to the baskets I say!! I never speak to any of them on the phone, the last time I answered the guy wanted my personal details I blew a whistle down it and he hung up!!! LoL

Nice one Banks. They have never managed to speak to me on the phone. They only had my work mobile number and I left that job (and phone) over 18 months ago now. :)
