That address has numerous tenants and is also used for mail drop services.

 

According to companies house, the single director of GCH is a David Fisher who was appointed several years ago when the company was created. Perhaps McLean Read need asking if the David Fisher that presumably is their client that they set the company up for and who is unaware as to what is going on, is the same David Fisher whose name is being provided as the director of the company when callers call the number on the correspondance.

Lee Bowden the Friend of ACS:LAWs Andrew Crossley and the "Sex on the Beach in Dubai" Vince Acors has been "Pretending" to now be a "Copyright Expert" protecting some rather nasty Pornography films such as "Granny F%$%$rs" and the like. "Copyright Expert"?? LMAO oh really? wasnt this the same Lee Bowden who used to pretend to be a MEDIA AGENT for his Friend? Hmmm ANYTHING for a quick buck I guess.

 

If Mr Bowden likes to hang with people who have sex in Arabic Countries in public and likes to watch Porn movies of this kind then he should at least keep such things to himself. BUT it seems he has been sending out letters demanding money from people who he believes shares the same fetish as him. IF any of you have been targetted by this sick individual, please get in touch.....

 

As Andrew Crossley his friend and the signature of the letters once said "Sex Sells..." Well quite but I would certainly NOT be interested in viewing such filth, paid or not.

@crmcl I would suggest that rather than make a statement that appears to attempt only to distance your own name from this practice that you actually provide further information about how a company you have registered can be misused in such a way on your own premises.

Your name is already implicated and the only evidence of abuse are your own words. With the history of Media Cat and ACS many of us are unlikely going to take at face value what you say without some demonstrable effort on your behalf to prove there is no relationship or authorisation for such actions.

 

I appologise in advance if this seems offensive, but you must understand that the underhand tactics of Crossley and Bowden creates a wealth of disbelief and mistrust. I for one am grateful you've at least taken the time to post here and on your own site. But would be grateful if you could keep us posted with your efforts.

Nail attack on Henham family over sheltered housing plan

THE dad-of-three behind controversial plans for a sheltered housing complex in Henham has condemned the “spineless” protesters who scattered nails across his driveway.

 

Lee Bowden, who lives at Grind Hall in Woodend Green, says his wife Samantha – who is in remission from cancer – was delayed travelling to support fellow sufferers after hitting one of the one-inch (2.5cm) spikes and puncturing a tyre.

 

Additionally, his dog Frodo and other people’s pets have trodden on the roofing nails and cut their paws, as a public footpath runs across his driveway. One of his young sons has also hurt his foot by stepping on one, while two have burst their bicycle tyres.

 

The 39-year-old believes the late-night attack was carried out by disgruntled villagers who oppose his plans for 20 bungalows for the elderly on a disused field next to his house.

 

In a letter to the culprit in Henham parish magazine The Dragon, which is delivered to every doorstep in the village, he told the ‘cowardly and thoughtless individual’: “If your protest was designed to ruin children’s fun… and delay my wife’s charity work by giving her car a puncture, you can consider it a complete success.

 

“Well done you – you truly are contributing to the human race and not just the surrounding community.”

 

Although the scheme was rejected last year because it would amount to “inappropriate development” of the countryside, he says he has refined the proposal and believes it would offer vital accommodation for the district’s elderly.

 

A second application is now lodged with planning authority Uttlesford District Council, pending a decision on an undisclosed date. The deadline for comments has passed, but 30 residents have objected.

 

Mr Bowden told the Observer: “My gardener found the nails the morning after the council wrote to my neighbours about the plans. Whoever it was threw fistfuls all over the place – there must have been thousands, so they did a thorough job.

 

“We picked up as many as we could, but we couldn’t get them all and we’re still finding them now.

 

“Because my wife’s in remission from cancer, she often goes up to the Rivers Hospital [in High Wych] to give talks for the Helen Rollason charity – but ironically, she ended up with a slow puncture on her way to help other people.”

 

He added he was inspired to design the single-storey, carbon-neutral complex, which includes on-site medical facilities and an IT room, after struggling to find sheltered housing for his mother-in-law.

 

Mr Bowden said: “I’m just trying to add something of value to the village at my own expense. If you object to the plans and want to come and talk to me about it, that’s fine – you know where I live.”
