HI ALL,

 

sorry i dont know to edit the title so that you can all see the update. anyway i have good news, the council have retracted the debt from the council taking £39 a month from jan!

had a nice email off the chief exec too so i am very relieved a big weight off my shoulders just want to thank everyone for their advice and help really appreciate it

I posted a STICKY here on the bailiff section many months ago to advise that if there is a serious complaint regarding bailiffs and the enforcment of council tax debts, then a Formal Letter of Complaint should be sent to the CHIEF EXECUTIVE.
