Has anyone had any problems in trying to cancel internet broadband access with Sky recently?? We were 'moved' to Sky from UK On-line and it has been hopeless trying to cancel the arrangement even though we were well within the 6 day 'cooling off' period. We have telephoned, faxed, even found an e-mail address but cannot get ANYWHERE with these people. On the one occasion we actually spoke to someone we were told that there was a problem in the system which prevented cancellation of our 'contract':-x They do not want to know :-x Sky have just barged through the process even though we have made it known that we wish to cancel but NOBODY AT SKY TAKES ANY NOTICE:mad2: Today, the router arrived and the debit actioned through our bank........... is there no control over these people?? Can they just do what they like??:-x
