Hi

Roxy are involved in 2 accts from the same bank.

Contiued calls, despite in receipt of letters refusing tele calls, and being aware that the 2 accts are in dispute.

Any heads up on how the play?

Abs x

Request their complaints proceedure and report them (and inform them that you have done so) to:

http://www.consumerdirect.gov.uk/contact

http://www.ofcom.org.uk/consumer/2009/07/malicious-or-nuisance-calls/

I have dealt with them personally and they do tend to fade away in the end.

Move all banking activity to another banking group if you have a dispute - your funds can be used to offset debts within the same group.

Be careful with Banking details (card/account numbers) as these can be used to take unauthorised payments.

They are idiots to put it mildly, report to trading standards via Consumer Direct and OFT. Have you actually sent the Account in Dispute letter?

You really do have to barr their calls or tell them to do one. Six years ago they rang my phone continuously for 4 hours and then left a message saying they were sending someone round 'within the hour'. They have actually not changed much

I would also suggest a official letter of COMPLAIN to the General Manager and ask them for a copy of their Complaint Procedure by return of post. Add CC Consumer Direct and OFT. You can adapt the telephone harassment letter to suit and list the calls. Make it an official complain.

terrible outfit if payment is not forthcoming on the phone they hang straight up waiting for the next callers card details' ,one of the carphone warehouse's tricks' was not to close accounts then selling silly amounts on to outfits like this.i think their practice has hit the headlines recently because of not closing accounts, took loads of complaints to get it sorted.avoid.
