This is my own fault but i am now so panicky and worried.

There was an error with the bank and some of my direct debits were cancelled, anyway i never reinstated the water direct debit.

To be fair to YW they did write to me but i just totally forgot. Anyway I owed £137 and have now received a County Court Claim Form including "solictors fees" and some other charge, making a total of £202

I will be in a position to pay this 24th December (or hopefully before) but is it too late to pay them now, am I going to get a CCJ regardless?

I really do not want one as i have a mortgage and a CCJ will cause problems in the future when looking for mortgage deals.

I accept this is my responsibility and fault but is it too late now, will the CCJ be issued?

Thanks in advance.
