Hi All

I have just traced letters that I sent on Friday and they say one was deliverd from depot today, the other one says was delivered from issuing po on Friday.

How do I find out if the companies have signed for these? and can I find out the names of who signed for them?

Its probably a bit early but usually another screen comes up showing the signature altho' its often quite difficult to read. It really doesn't matter too much as long as you have proof of delivery.

Yes sigs are not always available.

It depends on whether the Postman has inputted the data from the handscanner into the system.

Your online conf that the item has been delivered is your proof-if its needed later.
