Hmm, I think it is probably to late for any assistance now. We would need a lot more information as to how you got to this stage.

You say the court case is today, but you havent advised on what grounds you are defending ?

Hi

I was able to have my case adjourned while i prepare my defense until 20th Dec at 4pm when i am required to return it to the court and also send a copy to Lloyds

my defense to date is that the bank charges are unfair for the work carried out and that i have ask for a return of these charges as the have caused great hardship as originally my account was in credit but the charges took me into debit and then accrued

what do you think i need to do to respond and have in my defense the magistrate who heard the case will hear it again when a new date is set after i send in my defense as he believes that i have a good chance to get a refund as long as i explain my defense correctly

Looking for as much help with this as poss Thanks to all
