Depends what you want. If your money back, cour is the onl a to go if he refuse. If you want to case grief, assuming he has a licence from the council, comlaun t their Trading Standards dept. It might help things along.


Do remember, he can claim the goods were not faulty, but tha you misused them, so bear this in mind.

Like us most people think that it is not worth the hassle as the goods were cheap anyway so you write it off to experience. We now seldom buy from market traders unless it is known branded goods, i..e. soap or fresh veggies. We would never again buy clothes from a market trader just to save a few pounds.
