Have a problem with a certain DCA where B works. They have recently litigated although there was gap of almost a year between contact since the original POC was issued. I then suddenly realised that there was still another claim outstanding for exactly the same "alleged debt" some time ago which was stayed and never formally discontinued. I am on CAG under another user name, but have re-registered for confidientiality as this particular DCA has spies on CAG who work on Sundays - know who I mean ?

Just need a few pointers and opinions on abuse of process. Must state that I have very good legal rep on this, but need your valued opinions. Thanks.

“The industry is rotten to the core, whether it is in-house recovery and collection, or where agents are used, or where the debt has been sold.” Andrew Mackinley MP, House of Commons, 22 April 2009

If a Cagger helps you, click their star. Better still, make a donation however small, so that CAG can continue to help others.
