DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

It seems that Trading Standards are much better than the police for going after clamping companies. Compare and contrast the above case with that of LBS Enforcement where Essex police seem disinterested in that company's activities , even though, in one case, LBS towed, clamped and then sold a car all in the space of 24 hours.

I agree. LBS are almost featured daily in my local paper and on the face of it they have used some of the same techniques as the jailed clampers, but time and time again the police take no action. It is widely suspect that LBS's actions contributed to the upcoming ban on clamping, especially as they single handedly manged to annoy all the local MP's and even threatened to block them in their driveways, come on Essex Police have a word with your Birmingham counterparts and stop hiding behind the 'its a civil matter' excuse all the time.
