Hi,

You would get a default judgement against you and a claim for the full amount. The judge would have no other option.

You could apply to the court for a redetermination hearing to set an amount you could afford.

 

Rather than ask single questions, wouldn't it be easier to lay out your issues and then more of us can help

I would contact your local court as soon as possible to see if they have a way of obtaining the details. At a push, you could contact Link. They will have a copy.
