I had a conversation with PaydayUK's debt recovery company Keyes Whitlock and made them aware that I had been made bankrupt on the 9th November,( in writing via fax as well ) this conversation took place on 12th November I also had informed my bank, Lloyds, 9th November.

Payday UK have taken £93.75 from my account 16th November. Is is legal for PaydayUK to claim monies from my bank after they have been made aware of bankrtuptcy considering that the debt is effectively written off?

Also am I liable to pay this amount bank to my bank ( it has taken the account overdrawn) as they monies were taken after the bankruptcy date??

Any advice gratefully received

Update: Just had a rather form conversation with PaydayUK who has said that they will refund the £93.75 within two days, I have pressed them to pay for my overdraft charge as their action took me into the red, they have stated that if I send a statement confirming this they will pay the charges too. Personally I'll believe this when I see it but promising so far
