Can someone help with this quick question on procedures ?

I have already submitted my defence to ordinary cause case which says I am going to defend

but am awaiting return of SAR which I have requested.

Now that SAR received I need to adjust my defence prior to options hearing as SAR has answered some questions and thrown up some others.

..what is normal procedure here?

Do I just submit a brand new defence with todays date on it or do I amend my original in some way to show it is now "adjusted"

Help please if you can ?

Thanks as always

Hiya

I think you need to lodge a minute of amendment

chapter 6

I have asked SFU to nip in to check but might not be until tomorrow

  • 3 weeks later...

Pursuer amended their defence and highlighted on the record that it was an amended statement as at todays date.

I amended in the same way so the record clearly shows both original lodged defence and additional amendments.

Since then things have taken another twist that I cannot write about openly until after next hearing.
