Hi everyone,


I wrote to halifax bank last week with a template letter about being misold PPI insurance for the last 12yrs on my credit card and have now had a very quick reponse,


It basicaly says that i understand your making a complaint about the way the PPI insurance was sold to me and if i have a complaint to contact us on 0845 bla bla bla and theres a leaflet telling me about how to make a complaint ,


Do i now write another letter to them?


If someone could please help me with a letter to send back as a response then that would be great

Hi andy


The second letter isn't going to be too different, It will have a sentence at the beginning i.e.


Acknowledging their response. Telling them that they have yet to respond to your request. Further that you will bring there delaying tactics to the attention of the FOS

and then repeat the letter. What more would you want to say.


Thanks rebel, but thats the first letter i sent, i need a second letter to send them now to kick them in the arse
