my sister bought 3 Transformer toys for her three boys for Christmas online. Today her delivery turned up and the delivery driver told her there was 23 Transformers for her and more on the way because Agros had multiplied the order 19 times and on checking her bank account, found they'd charged for 57 Transformers - £500!

He told her she would have to take delivery and when the rest arrived she could take them back for a refund but her house is small and she doesnt have the room to store all these toys let alone try to hide them from the kids!

I've told her to refuse to accept the next delivery but what else can you lovely people advise she can do?

Thanks in advance

Hi Snowallen - welcome to CAG and sorry this went unanswered.

Did you manage to resolve this and get a refund for the over-ordered items?

Hi, Refuse delivery, call up argos to get all the order numbers, this may mean them having to take your details and call you back. When you have all the order numbers work out which one you accepted. Then cancel all the rest of the orders. If you have accepted more than the 1, again just work out which one this may be. If you carnt, just advise them of this and tell them to cancel all the rest of the orders, leaving the one that you have accepted. If you have accepted more than the one, then these will have to be returned.

1. So in total there were 57 toys

2. Only 3 were needed,

3. So return or cancel off the 54

Return back how ever many have been accepted aswell bar from the original 3.

Hope this helps.
