Guys some help please.

 

I took out a sim only contract with vodafone in about July but cancelled within 7 days. I never heard anything until today when I received a default notice for £23.23, and check my file to find indeed there is a default notice. When I rang up the said it was a cancellation charge for cancelling within 7 days. I was not aware of a cancellation charge, I never even used the sim. Spoke to someone in collections who said they wont remove the default notice even if I pay. I am disputing the charge and also the default notice, but before I take the matter further is anything I can do?

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...
