Ok I have now been getting emails from ADCB and informed them of what happened as regards my job, I did write to them when I returned but got the runaround so I’ve again told them my circumstances and to contact me via email.  What will be the next steps as I cannot pay the outstanding balance to them ?

Will it differ to the PAP requested sent to those in England if I’m in Scotland ??

So ignore emails from ADCB now ?  I told them they will have to contact me by email and it will have to go to UK courts

 

I forgot to add I originally messaged them via their website which I still have access to .

I’ve just been contacted by my old work saying that a recovery team had visited them in the UAE ,

 

ADCB know I’ve left as I have been emailing them  ,

Has called my former director asking where I am and looking for numbers and addresses ,

they are going to get intouch with people from my former work asking for details of where I am and whom I’m working for offering cash incentives for recovery ,

 

I got his email address shall I send an email telling him to contact me by email ?

its quite usual behaviour , you should have spotted this already on the numerous UAE debt threads here

 

std advice is to lockdown ALL your social media accounts to private only for everything and warn relatives about the barrage of abusive comms they'll get threatening to burn their 2nd cousins if they don't force you to cough up.

 

believe me when I say these fleecers will use any trick to embarrass you everywhere they can into paying up.

they aren't regulated here so nowt can be done.
