Move all banking activity to another banking group if you have a dispute - your funds can be used to offset debts within the same group.

Be careful with Banking details (card/account numbers) as these can be used to take unauthorised payments.

Not sure about this. Asset Link Capital (No 1) Ltd, Asset Link Capital (No 2) Ltd, and so on, are separate companies to Link Financial Ltd. If a debt is owned by one of the Assest Link companies, Link Financial can only chase the debt on its behalf unless it is reassigned from Asset Link No 99 etc. They are in no way the same company.

So you need to find out who actually OWNS the debt.

yes, log on to http://www.companieshouse.co.uk and look them up via the webcheck service, which is free! They are separate legal entities. Being part of a group of companies does not mean they can swap debt around willy nilly without effective and lawful transfer of title.

Only one organisation can register this. I doubt two companies own it.

If that’s the case, it now has nothing to do with FNB and should be changed. Time for a complaint!
