I have had my claim rejected by the FOS they agreed i was in hardship but ruled that the bank had acted properly so dismissed my case.I feel cheated does anyone on here know of a company who will fight my case through the courts.I have done all i can do and do not have the knowledge or confidence to try to take the bank[satander] to court on my own.

Any advice would be much appreciated.

I was trying to claim back approx.£6000 in Bank Charges i sent all the usual letters and got rejected so went down the Small Claims Court route got as far as going to court then the stay was introduced so had to wait for Supreme Court result. In the meantime i went to the FSO they looked at the case they agreed i was in Financial Hardship but ruled that the bank[santander] or A&L as it was at that time had done nothing wrong so they dismissed the case.I was so close to getting them in court that i do not want to let it go,but i do not think i have any chance of winning in court with the outcome of the Supreme Court, also i do not have the confidence or knowledge of the legal arguments that some people have stated are good enough to win a case. Thanks for asking for details, your help and advice are greatly appreciated.
