hi all,

just a quick query ( i think! ) if you have given a resignation letter to your employer and you then change your mind, are you able to withdraw your notice, and more importantly does your employer have to let you???

thanks in advance

No - you can ask to withdraw it and your employer can agree or not as they wish.

Once your resignation is submitted only mutual agreement can rescind it.
