Restons - Should I continue with Complaint

Hi all

 

Still got an ongoing Dispute with Restons over not getting ANY statement of account

 

I DID get a letter the other day saying that the full and final settlement has been accepted by their client, papers forwarded to Court to get Charging Order removed and File on this case is now closed.

 

Should I continue pursuing this REALLY WRETCHED AND HORRIBLE FIRM to try and obtain a statement of account including all payments made or should I just be thankful to have finally got an END to having to deal with this really big set of Barstewards.

 

Sometimes discretion is the better part of Valour -- but I REALLY HATE THIS FIRM with a passion -- never ever do they listen to reason, they go to Court at the first possible opportunity and EVERY bit of correspondance they ever set out is DESIGNED to be confrontational - including the huge URGENT comment printed on the outside of their envelopes.

I'd keep going personally... there's been many times when I have wanted to give up the fight against HFO but I realise that there are far more people out there not aware of this forum who still need someone to stick up for them.

 

We need to keep on at these companies so that the authorities can act in some way. Even if we are not heard for a long time eventually the winds of change kick in!

Hi there

I've been busy over XMAS however letters have gone in to the Law Soceity and Companies House.

 

HFC will remove the Charging order but they want ME to pay the cost -- this is UNBELIEVABLE since I've paid this miserable lot around 10,000 GBP.

 

There really is no BOTTOM to this whole stinking sordid mess of debt collection.

 

In any other business these people would be shut down so fast it would make the 100 metres mens final at the Olympic Games seem like a Tortoise Race.
