I called up to cancel my love film account while i had the account "frozen" as i wasnt using it. I called up 2 days before it was due to come off the "frozen" status and they said its fine and cancelled it.

After seeing they had took £9.99 out of my account i logged into my account and it wasnt cancelled! I have emailed them and they said they had no recorded of me cancelling and have not sent me another DVD (which i havnt recieved yet) which i need to send back.

Any one had a problem like this?

I did, but with Screenselect. Told them Trading Standards would be advised by the end of the week unless they acknowledged the cancellation.

 

Funnily enough, they did just that!

Bank and credit card reclaims - £9,806

Sainsburys CCA non-compliance with FOS;

Natwest reclaim of £340 in progress;

Egg credit card reclaim in progress
