Well I got an amazing deal or so I though! 14 months ago I got a 1000 minutes on simplicty with the option of a bolt on of 200 landline call, etc I selected the one that gave me an additional 200 minutes cross networks. So I now have 1200 minutes cross network for £15 monthly.

Last week I got a blackberry as a present, contaced 02 to add the black berry bolt on for £5 to my account to be told...... Sorry but you got a promotion and you have an extra 200 minutes, yes I agreed. So they tell me I can't get the bolt on unless I give them back the 200 minutes and if I do it will still cost me an addition £5 for the blackberry bolt on. I asked why, it madness, they said that the computer wont let them add the BB bolt on to the account while I have the addition 200 minutes. I asked if they could manually input the additional bolt on, spoke to a manager and was told NO. Lose you 200 minutes or we will not add the bb bolt on. There is no point in threatening to cancel as that would suit them HELPPPPP what do I do? Please any advice would be gratefully accepted.
