It's been nearly a year since the last one but I have just recieved a letter from a DCA regarding a disputed credit card account. Disputed for three years, now, because of the OC defaulting on a S77/78 request. They supplied an application form with no T and C's and no prescribed terms anywhere to be seen.

Anyway, just been looking at the application form and noted two things. Firstly, the signature from the OC is dated a week before mine. Does this have any bearing on matters? Secondly, at the bottom of the page it mentions that terms and conditions are on pages 2,3 and 4. However, it doesn't mention that any prescribed terms are in the T and C s and no original T and Cs have ever been provided. Should i mention this to the DCA or does this give them the opportunity to be creative and provide me with some "originals"?

Just send them the account in dispute letter from the template library.
