on the qt, i have been asked to look into this issue where by the csa are judge jury and executioner

as it stand at the moment, when the csa goes for a liability order in the magistrates court, you cant appeal the assessmant. the magistrates hands are tied by virtue of s.33 of the csa act and implemented by the secretary of state

Section 33(

The subsection states: "on an application under subsection (2) the court … shall not question the maintenance assessment under which the payments of child support maintenance fell to be made".

end game is liability order granted, baliffs etc

THE QUESTION IME ASKING IS BY WHAT LEGAL AUTHORITY CAN THE SECRETARY OF STATE INCLUDE THAT SUBSECTION.

THIS TAKES AWAY THE WHOLE POINT OF A MAGISTRATES COURT TO TRIAL BY YOUR PEERS. A FUNDAMENTAL RIGHT UNDER MAGNA CARTER AND THE BRITISH CONSTITUTION

MORE IMPORTANT NOW WOULD BE THE EUROPEAN DIRECTIVE UNDER

UNFAIR CONTRACTS AND THE GOVERMENT OF THE DAY WOULD BE LIABLE UNDER EMINATION OF THE STATE

COMMENTS PEOPLE AS IME TAKING ON THE GOVERMENT FOR AN EXPLANATION

AND WHO IS THE SECRETARY OF STATE FOR THE DWP

the csa are "not" statute law

they are chancers who dont give a damn about the male specie and only about females

and they are useless

what they say and state in a court of law is rubbish ...... if u represent yourself and basically dont do as your told basically you have to not recognise the court and its rules at the same time representing yourself
