Got sent a letter from Lowells saying I was to pay £400 for a debt but didnt name the debt so I sent the 'debt not acknowledged' letter and they sent me one back saying its from a T Mobile account from 2006.To be honest I dont think I have ever been with T Mobile and dont recognise the debt even though they say it is mine.

CCA obviously doesn't cover mobile phone debts so is there anything I can send saying 'prove its mine, wheres a signature , a signed contract etc' ??

Thanks xx

phishing trip

ignore them

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

Anything sent from lowlifes can be ignored, especially as they are still sending and fabricating alleged mobile phone debts.

Who ever heard of someone getting a job at the Jobcentre? The unemployed are sent there as penance for their sins, not to help them find work!
