Has anyone had any dealings with this company as regards ppi reclaiming and/or arrears and charges reclaiming.

Or any dealings with them whatsoever good or bad as need some advice and would like to know who i am dealing with.

Also one more question--why do mortgage payments have to be paid by the 28th of each month when there are 30/31 days to pay. in this modern day the payments should go on ur account automatically or is that just wishful thinking.....

Its because there are only 28days in February (or 29 in a leap year) therefore direct debit payments couldn't be made in that month. However, lots of financial institutions will take DD payments on the last working day of the month rather than a specific date - that's how my mortgage payments are set up.

I've not heard of Mortgage Agency Services
