Thanks Tartan- was there a statement regarding this? all I see are euphoric messages from a year ago with most people wanting to emmigrate to Scotland to take advantage of this- now the line has gone dead?

 

Can anyone supply concrete data on this?

Hello and thanks for this- if I read it correctly I can exercise the Pre-Action Protocols parts 31.16 to force the pursuers to provide the actual doc? or or?

not in Scotland - that's England. You can put up an application for notification of documents, or it happens as part of process prior to a legal debate. If you go for the former its a good idea to be very clear why you want the documents - they dont like fishing expeditions (or what could be seen as).
