I bought a 307 from a independent dealer and it has been in and out of the garage twice with major faults.

They have been slack from the word go with regards to providing documents etc and generally useless and lazy.

I have spent ages on the phone chasing them up and taken a total of three different days off work to facilitate my car going in and out of garage to be repaired.

The garage will state that they have done their bit under the sale of goods act / warranty etc but that does not compensate me for loss of earning, expenditure on phone calls and general inconvenience etc.

Am I likely to be successful in making a small claims court claim for such costs etc and are there any test cases that support this.
