Hind sight is wonderful, anything like that should have been done by Recorded Delivery for your own safety as even Proof of Posting is not proof of delivery although DCA's have the attitude of We posted it so you received it and although it really applies to legal documentation the Interpretations act basically states that if something has the correct postage on it delivery will be deemed to have been carried out

You have now entered an I said/They said situation that obviously will take a bit of sorting out, there's a Vodafone Rep (Lee) who has helped lots on here so with luck he'll pick your thread up

As for the email to DLC keep it as it least you havel already placed a dispute issue with them

Good luck

We have a member of the vodafone webteam that comes on this forum, go to http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk/forum/telecoms-mobile-fixed-internet/213340-vodafone-webteam-customers-problems.html and contact them giving an outline of the problem, you will receive a response which will include a reference number, post it back here and Lee will look into it for you. ;)

Hi,

Yes, go through the Vodafone web enquiry. You will get back an automated reply and then post up the reference number you will get. Lee should then pick it up.

Hi chedworth98,

You've certainly come to the right place to get some help with this however from what you've posted this one may be a bit tricky but we'll happily take a look at it all the same.

As the guys said just follow the information in our pinned thread and then update your thread with the email reference number once the automated reply has come through so I can make sure it reaches us.

Kind regards and I look forward to hearing from you again soon.
