Dear all

I have an m&s cc that was converted from a store card around 1990. I am confused by all the threads and posts,I have read them all,but it is not clear as to wether I should take action against them. I owe £8000 and am up to date with the payments and wondered what are my chances of getting the card invalidated. I didnt sigh anything,im sure its the same as many on here. I have been approached by a firm who charges to fight the case, but this can be out on the cc,so i have that protection. I would be very greatfull is someone could summerise what my chances are and what I should do.

Many many thanks to all the people who are trying to help others.

See my other thread for more detail, but please remember the debt wont go away, the best it can be is unenforceable. Your credit rating will be trashed.

There is no need to pay anyone anything at this stage....simply write to M&S requesting a copy of your CCA and see what comes back. Dont forget the £1 :)

Card 1 - Charges reclaim £464 + Interest...ongoing

Card 2 - Charges reclaim £520 + Interest...ongoing

Card 3 - Charges reclaim £396 + £1179 Imterest **WON**

Card 4 - Charges reclaim £296 + £147 Interest **WON**

------------------------------------------------------------

4 x CCA requests

1 received.....Blank Application Form

1 received.....Terms & Conditions

1 received.....Sent agreement relating to a previous card

1 response....Have lost the agreement :)
