Ah-then in that case complain to the CRA- and ask them to investigate.

going back to the original post and letter from citbank

 

what they omitted to tell you in their letter, when they sent you details of the current agreement- is that if the account has been varied- which it most certainly will have been

 

they are obliged also to supply you with a copy of the ORIGINAL AGREEMENT IN IT'S ORIGINAL FORM failing which they are in breach of s77/8 and may not enforce
