Just to let steam out.


Virgin Media - despite providing 20mb of speed via fibre optic cannot gurantee a full service.


In fact, they placed it in writing " we cannot provide a service during high demand"


Which means!?


In our residential area - EVERY EVENING - at around 8:00/9:00 pm - we just cannot get on line.


Other suppliers, unfortunately, need to go via BT and the maximum speed that they can provide is 6.2Mb (it is all down to the distance to/from exchange).


CONCLUSION - They are all telling lies and do not provide a fair service considering their charges (I pay £69 a month to Virgin) :mad2:
