Are there any rules being broken by ignoring SB and continuing to chase? This is getting ridiculous now, as SB in 2001. Just an annoyance now, but would prefer to stop it dead.

The only person entitled to your Personal Finance details is a Judge not a DCA

Move all banking activity to another banking group if you have a dispute - your funds can be used to offset debts within the same group.

Be careful with Banking details (card/account numbers) as these can be used to take unauthorised payments.

I believe it breaks OFT rules which they reaffirmed last year and also the rules of the Credit Services Association.

Breaching OFT guidelines is a breach of the terms of the DCA's consumer credit licence. Gives Trading Standards grounds to take action - which they probably won't take. Make a complaint to the debt collector, watch him ignore that, then report him to the OFT/Trading Standards, the Info Commissioner and the Financial Ombudsman.
