Don't be scared of the name "Court Proceedings Ltd". They are just a two-bit debt collection agency that operates out of an accommodation address in Oxford Street London. Just ignore this bunch of clowns and you will be OK.

You might want to complain to the disabled charity Mobilise, who have got into bed with UKCPS and don't seem to mind that disabled drivers are being persecuted like this.

There is no such thing as a UKCPS parking ticket. What you have is a scamvoice or conbill. Basically a worthless demand for money with no more merit than me demanding £200 right now - or else.

Ignore all the scare-o-grams you will receive. Equally worthless no matter how tempted, DO NOT RESPOND IN ANY WAY.

Yep, these guys are right - take me and my local ASDA. I am not and will not pay £1 to park only to get it back at the checkout - use my card don't always have change. If I see the guy (TCP or some such thing?)looking like he means it I just wag my finger at him and he walks away. Because in the summer we had a row. And I actually asked him in front of about 7 furious ticketed people, why he did such a worthless and meaningless job. Whatever do you mean he said. So I told him. Your ticket is of no more value than what I wipe my bum on, and if you put one more on my car I shall take it home, do exactly that and give it back to you . All said most polite and with a sweet smile! Never bothered me since.

Just make sure it is a private car park and not a local authority one before you act like I did, and don't get annoyed- its not worth it! This is an opportunity for a little harmless sport.

Well done!

I don't bother with lending Morrisons a pound for the privilege of spending money in their store either.

Euro Car Parks seem a bit rubbish where I am though. First there was a woman, who I never got a joke invoice from, and now there is a bloke who is equally unwilling to ticket. My car must give off some sort of vibe.
