My friend has phoned me and he has just had his internet connected (he hasn't used his laptop for 4 months, it is a Fujitsu Siemens on XP or something). He has tried to put the internet password in, but whenever he tries typing certain letters (U and other buttons), it keeps on printing a number. I know he has accidentally done something and it should be easy to rectify, but I don't know what. If I look at my keyboard (Samsung), the small numbers aqre on the letters U,I,O,J,K,L,M and the numbers 7,8 and 9.

I think you must have to do ctrl+alt+something else to rectify it.

One of you lot will know, I am positive.

If all else fails, kick them where it hurts and SOD'EM;)
