Does anybody have an example of a Monument Default Notice from around April 2006?

Thanks

The only person entitled to your Personal Finance details is a Judge not a DCA

Move all banking activity to another banking group if you have a dispute - your funds can be used to offset debts within the same group.

Be careful with Banking details (card/account numbers) as these can be used to take unauthorised payments.

Hi HS

My wife has had a claim issued against her by Cabot/Morgans, and they are saying that the OC did not have to issue a DN. However a default was issued around April 2006. My wife never received that DN - she is very concientious and has every piece of documentation from Providian/Monument - so I would like to see a copy of what it would look like. If it is the same as many other Barclays DN's - it will be invalid.

Thanks

Alan
