Actually it may be a little past 50 now as I know a couple need updates.

 

I think I speak for many,by saying no one could really have anticipated just how hard they have worked,and showed 100% dedication in sorting a whole range of issues for current and ex Vodafone customers.

Long may the association continue a big thanks to Lee Kirsty and Tom :)

Good morning guys,

 

Well what can I say other than a massive thank you on behalf of the whole team. To be recognised in such a way is a great testament to our efforts and we really do appreciate it.

 

Without the support of the Site Team and a few other members I don't think we could have achieved the impact we set out to.

 

We certainly aim to maintain the standards we've set ourselves and add to the list of successes we've had so far.

I am impressed by the support Lee has given this forum, pity other big providers can't do the same, just proves that one person (or the right group of persons) can make a huge difference.

 

My contract with O2 runs out next year and I am seriously considering changing to Vodaphone due to the customer service setup, 02 have been terrible lately, not one person seems capable of turning the 'off' switch once it has been started.... I've been disconnected 4 times with very little compensation in the last month...

 

Virginmedia could also do with somebody like Lee, the support from Neil Berkett's office hasn't been that good, they have just toed a particular line and not really listened to my complaint properly, having another bash at that this week though, emailing Mr Berkett directly as their 'explanation' completely contradicts everything.
