Did you send the "In dispute" letter when your request was not met and is it the same DCA and do you still have a copy of any letters you sent???

Hi Mr W

Collection activity on disputed accounts has to stop until such time as everything is substantiated by the relevant correct paper work

If I were you I would just tell them that due to the failure of the CCA request the matter is and remains in dispute, let them do some work and prove other wise

The letters will come in handy should they keep trying

Try amending this letter to suit . .
