when i first started my claim against the banks three years ago, it was agreed that the banks were in violation of

COMMON LAW

now the definition of common law

The ancient law of England based upon social customs and recognised and enforced by the judgments and decrees of the courts.

in simple terms

in the middle ages or back to the norman conquests

common law was decided by the magistrate or lord/baron of the shire.

these laws can be totaly different to the next vilage but over the years became custom and treated as statute law

now back to the bank claim fiasco

WHAT REASON DID THE JUDICIARY GIVE FOR THIS NOT BEING CONTRARY TO COMMON LAW

LINKS TO THE RELEVANT JUDGEMENT WOULD HELP
