cant find template letters

can someone point in direction of the bailiff template letters please when i go into consumer wiki i get the CAG-magazine page

e - the date of the Certification.

 

This is not a Subject access request under the Data Protection Act S7 1998 so does not incur a fee of £10. You are obliged to provide this information.

 

I require this information within 14 days.

I got fed up looking in my favourites (link there not working either)for the template letters so i bought Microsoft office the plan is/was to put them on there so i could find them quicker (not that i know how to work office )
