What is it you need to know, if it is HFO there are a lot of complaints you can make and you can apply to the court for a stay of execution amongst other things.

 

Personally I would NEVER sign a Tomlin order as they are very one sided and are a very grey area for solicitors.

Court has case management powers to overturn it. Especially if it wasn’t HFO who owned the account...
