I have got my file from Equifax and Experian. Neither of them show my student loan, which I definitely have, and is definitely in arrears....and they are even writing to me at my current address with statements and demands etc.

Same goes for my outstanding council tax at my current address. No mention.

Any idea why they aren't on there?

Student loans are loans from the Government and do not appear on your credit file. However, if you do not pay back at the agreed monthly amount, eventually the information will be attached to your credit file and you'll find it hard to obtain credit in the future.

The guy upstairs seriously has a problem with me.. Nothing seems to go right!!!:|
