Hi

I have received a response from Natwionwide with a signed CCA for a Loan I took out in 2006.

It would appear in order, it contains the APR, Amount of Credit, Interest, Monthly Repayments, Right to Cancel, Right to Settle Early etc. However, they have not sent any of the Terms and Conditions which apply to the loan.

Do they need to supply the Terms and Conditions? If so, on what basis can the loan become unenforceable?

Many Thanks in advance.

I believe they do need to provide them on the same sheet that you signed (not great on this stuff so may be wrong)

Can you scan and upload what they have sent you remembering to edit all personal details, acc no's bar codes etc.

Terms and Conditions DO need to be supplied.

If this was me I would write back, NEVER PHONE, and tell them you consider

the situation to be in Default (Section 77/78) and unenforceable until said T's & C's

have been received.

Best wishes, Dave.
