Hi,

I received a Parking Charge Notice for £80 (£50 if paid within 14 days) from CP Plus Parking Ltd for Not Parking in a designated parking space, code 05. and that this was in contravention of the T's & C's for parking as detailed on the signs of this site.

This is a CPP ticket but on the sign in the car park it does mention " any vehicle causing a obstruction, blocking emergency access or parking contrary to the car parking conditions and railway bye-laws ........

Well i have looked on the signs, and none of them state that you cant park there and MUST only park in marked bays, and i was not causing a obstruction, if i ws the cars would not be ably to get out and mind was teh only one left there at 8pm

There was no spaces left when i got to the staion car park, but i had already payed my 3 days ticket in advance. There was a space at the back of the car park which you can quite easy fit a car in, and does not obstruct anyone from getting in or out of any other spaces, so as i had already paid, i opted to park here.

I have read numerous posts and threads about CPP, but still unsure on what to,

There seems to be two trains of thought with regard to Parking Charge Notices from CPP

1. Ignore any correspondence with the CPP.

2. Reply to correspondence using the Template Letters.

Is there any evidence of anyone losing a Court Case against a PPC? has anyone been taken to court by them?

can this affect your credit rating?

Many thanks in advance for any advice.

Rich

no ignore totally

dx

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

seems reasonable, as it was a railway station, I'd expect at least 2 trains!

1. Ignore any correspondence with the CPP. Yep

2. Reply to correspondence using the Template Letters. No! No! No!

No, not when defended

No
