As above, I reported my card stolen last Thursday. Discovered this morning that they had failed to cancel my card, as my bank account has been emptied due to "pending card payments". My monthly wages have gone in today, and just disappeared. Halifax say they are unable to stop these fraudulent payments, and it may take up to 30 days to get anything sorted. What action can I take?
