I like the bit about it is taking longer to get claims through and they are not getting value for money - well they SHOULDN'T abuse the system then, should they!

These people think they are teflon coated, just because Broon bailed them out and literally let them get away with murder they think they can ride roughshod over the judiciary now.

And when the TAx Payer has a stake in these institutions and have bailed them out they still dont feel a need to repay and assist the consumer
